Parking
Parking for the ACFM can be tight during the April through July peak season. Please park only in the designated areas. Parking on the right of way directly adjacent to the street on both U.S. 441 and Northwest 34th Street is illegal. In addition to being unsafe, cars parked there risk being ticketed or towed.
Parking is allowed along the entrance driveway, in front and in back of the former inspection station, behind the market building, and in the Alachua County Tag Office lot. There are several handicap parking spaces. Unless you have the appropriate permit, please do not park in handicap spaces.
Bus Service
The market is located at 5920 NW 13th Street in Gainesville, Florida at the corner of State Road 121 (NW 13th St), and U.S. 441.
Pet Policy
While visiting the ACFM is an entertaining experience, it is still more like shopping in a food store than anything else. Because of health, safety and insurance restrictions, please leave your pets at home.
Restrooms
Handicap accessible restrooms are available at the market.
Wagons
A limited number of Radio Flyer wagons are available for use while shopping at the market. Please return them to a market building entrance after you load your purchases in your car.
Recycling Opportunities
While market growers are pleased to provide bags for your purchases, people who enjoy recycling can bring their own plastic or canvas bags from home. Plant growers are also receptive to recycling plastic pots.
